Returns Policy

Items shipped from e-Hub can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases through the Online Returns Center. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them. Returns will be processed only if: It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession. The product is not different from what was shipped to you. The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories) Return process:

After the courier picks-up your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will issue the refund, then it may take 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement or 4 business hours if you request to get the refund to your e-Hub Gift Balance. Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, if available. We may contact you to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement, as applicable. We reserve the right to request further information, or collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement. Some items may be eligible for replacement only. If the exact same product is not in stock, we will issue a refund. Note: In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, e-Hub reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from e-Hub. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and such action may result in restrictions on your e-Hub account, including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or e-Hub account closure.

e-Hub Global Store Return Policy

Most items purchased through e-Hub Global Store can be returned within 15 to 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. You can find the return window for any item in the product details page.


Return Process:

e-Hub Global Store items can take up to 30 days to reach us once you return such item. Once the item reaches our fulfilment center, it will take a further 3-5 business days to receive and process your return. Once e-Hub issues the refund, it may take a further 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement, or 4 business hours if you request to get the refund to your e-Hub Gift Balance. Seller Return Policy

When you return an order from a marketplace seller who fulfils and ships their own inventory (also called a third-party seller), the seller will receive your return instead of e-Hub. -Marketplace sellers must provide one of the following: A return address within the United Arab Emirates A prepaid return label. A full refund without requesting the item to be returned. If a seller does not offer one of these methods to return your items or did not refund the return costs, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee Claim to seek help with your return.- While sellers offer a return policy at least equivalent to that of e-Hub, some sellers may offer more favorable returns policies.

To view the seller's return policy after placing an order, you can select your order in the Online Returns Center. If not specified in the Seller's Returns and Refunds policy, the order will default to the e-Hub Return Policy.
